By downloading or using the Sweetbench application, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Purpose of the Application

Sweetbench is a personal utility for logging running shoe outings by distance, pairing owned shoes on a split-compare bench, and calculating relative cost-per-mile and efficiency grades across a local rotation.

2. Informational Nature & No Athletic Advice

Cost-per-mile figures, relative A+ through F efficiency grades, and VerdictChip comparisons in Sweetbench are mathematical calculations based solely on the prices, disposal values, and distances you enter. They are for informational and budgeting purposes only and do not constitute biomechanical, medical, or injury-prevention advice on when a running shoe is physically worn out.

3. Local Data Responsibility

Because Sweetbench stores your Library, Ledger, and Compare state locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your device. Removing the app from your device will delete the locally stored rotation history.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Sweetbench is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
